Jesse Russell and Tori Russell founded Russell Exterior in 2015. At first, the company only offered and installed siding and gutters. Although there was a high demand for gutters and siding in this area, they realized that they had to offer more to satisfy all their clients' needs. So, in 2018, Russell Exterior grew into what it is today - a full exterior construction company specializing in roofing, siding, gutters, and framing.
Jesse and Tori Russell are passionate about what they get to do for their community through Russell Exterior. They love the industry and the people they meet. They spend their time on their farm tending to their cattle and spending quality time with their family, when they're not inspecting roofs or meeting with clients.

Fort Smith is the third-most populous city in Arkansas and one of the two county seats of Sebastian County. As of the 2020 census, the population was 89,142. It is the principal city of the Fort Smith, Arkansas–Oklahoma Metropolitan Statistical Area, a region of 298,592 residents that encompasses the Arkansas counties of Crawford, Franklin, and Sebastian, and the Oklahoma counties of LeFlore and Sequoyah.
