We purchased our home in the middle of summer. While we were thrilled with the prospect of decorating & renovations, we decided to protect the perimeter against the snowmelt & rush-waters positioned to cause potential flooding & moisture damage. We shopped around for a few weeks and decided to work with C & B Property Maintenance. They were absolutely incredible! Their experience & expertise helped us to manage what could have been a nightmare project into a customized, fair-priced solution. They installed a French drain & diversion system to protect our property; keeping us well informed and implementing the best quality/cost effective options despite unforeseen challenges with high-density rock deposits. Work was delivered as promised and within agreed upon budget. They are a local family-owned & operated business & it was a pleasure too work with them and we will definitely hire their team again for further projects! Thank you SO much Cathy & Ken!

Ken’s team did a wonderful job in our yard. They were here to trim the front hedges and remove three tree stumps from our property. Their work exceeded our expectations. They were here when they promised, cleaned up all of the debris and the left the yard much better than when they arrived. We will continue to call them when we need help with our property. Tree Removal

Very professional job ; they arrived on time and not only did a walk through of what trees we wanted cut, they also pointed out dead ones and gave us great advice on what to keep and trim or what to cut. They were quick to set up and throughout the process kept us updated. They used extra safety measures when cutting a tree close to my house as well which was greatly appreciated. Ken was very knowledgeable of what can cause disease in a tree. He made me feel confident I was making the best decision in taking a tree down. And what to look for in other trees on my property. Tree Removal

Last fall I had C&B Property Maintenance, LLC (Ken and Cathy) remove four trees in my yard. One of the trees was very large and was in between two fences and overhanging my house. While other tree companies were afraid to tackle the job, Ken and Cathy came to check it out and without hesitation said they would have no problem removing it. The day they came to remove that tree, I held my breath. They did an incredible job despite there being so many obstacles in their way. They took down all four trees with ease, they removed all the branches (which there were many), got rid of all the wood chips from grinding the stumps, and by the time they left, my yard looked like they weren’t even there. This past spring, I had them come out to remove a couple more trees and also to clean up my wooded area. They did an outstanding job and made my woods look absolutely beautiful. It looked like a park when they got done. It was a big job and they handled it with ease. They are very, very dependable. They went above and beyond in working with me to make sure I was happy. They are very easy to work with, and I am planning on having them come back to remove more trees. Overall, my experience with C&B Property Maintenance was awesome! I highly recommend them.
